ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

The ISO 9000 family of standards is related to quality management systems and designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to quality. The standards are published by ISO, the International Organisation for Standardisation, and available through national standards bodies.

Sparkle has been independently certified to the ISO 9001 standard, which is one of the most widely used management tools in the world today.

ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems

The ISO14001 certification helps to put in place the most effective Environmental Management Systems, which enables TCSG to reduce the company’s environmental impact and has helped to make significant savings.

Where possible we only use environmentally friendly products and have reduced the carbon footprint by encouraging and incentivising our staff to travel to client sites in fewer vehicles.

OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety Management System

OHSAS 18001 certification demonstrates that an Organisation has the systems in place to effectively manage Health & Safety Risks in the workplace. It is widely seen as the world’s most recognized occupational health and safety management systems standard.

We are proud to have achieved OHSAS 18001 accreditation for the best-practice Occupational Health and Safety procedures. Our Risk Assessments and Method Statements are always unique to the site and the job in question, and produced for each and every contract we undertake. Our staff are trained to the highest standard in Occupational Health and Safety and all training records are documented. Our Health and Safety Policy and Remote Workers Policy amongst other documentation are reviewed annually and amended to incorporated new legislation where appropriate.

Contractor Health And Safety (CHAS)

The Contractor Health and Safety scheme provides a health and safety audit service for contractors who want to reassure their clients that health and safety is being handled correctly and sufficiently on their sites.

Sparkle is a CHAS Accredited contractor. This means our health and safety policies, procedures and documentation have been reviewed and accredited by the UK Government backed CHAS Scheme. As an accredited CHAS contractor, we save our clients’ valuable time by not needing to submit multiple health and safety questionnaires for every job.

Construction Line (Acclaim Accreditation SSIP)

Sparkle is a Acclaim Accredited contractor through Construction Line. This means our health and safety policies, procedures and documentation have been reviewed and accredited by the UK Government backed Construction Line Scheme.

Acclaim Accreditation is the SSIP member scheme provided by Capita Supplier assessment services. Acclaim uses the expertise and knowledge of Capita Property and infrastructure, leaders in health and safety consultancy, to appraise each contractor.
